Hi! I'm Abby, a mom of four, and self taught artist. I focus mainly in light filled acrylics, but will throw some mixed media in on occasion.
I paint to capture the rare moments that I sneak away and do something just for me. In a life full of thinking of others, these pieces are a reminder that you can do the same -- to pick art that sparks joy, solely for you. Made for lived-in spaces, these paintings are meant to be enjoyed everyday, adding warmth, joy, and a touch of you.

it seems that lately a combo of soft blue + blush pink + fresh green + gingham is like a song that’s stuck in my head, and maybe now yours 🎶
this collection that i’m affectionately calling ‘petites in pattern’ is full of colorful little [ranging from 3x5 - 5x7] abstracts, lots of painterly texture, and just enough charm to make them pop in a traditional space.
as always, each original is painted on deckled-edge paper and finished with a hand-made blush gingham mat — finished sizes for standard frames 8x10 up to 16x20
